Civita (Che Che)

Che Che Littmann is President and co-owner of Americas Property Management Corporation. Ms. Littmann is responsible for the finance and administration of the company along with her oversight of property management activities.

She is an innovative professional with an extensive background in property accounting and financial management. Prior to her association with Americas Property Management Corporation, Ms. Littmann held various senior financial positions with other property management firms in Florida. 

Prior to relocating from New York, she served as an assistant treasurer with a subsidiary of the 3M Corporation.

Art

Art Littmann is a broker in our Fort Lauderdale office and has over 20 years experience in real estate transactions from both tenant and owner perspectives.

Mr. Littmann services clients in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties. His professional affiliations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAOIP), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM),  the Society of Commercial Realtors and he is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtors Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.

Additionally Mr. Littmann is a member of Financial Executives International, an organization of CFO's worldwide, and currently serves on the membership committee for the South Florida Chapter. 

Art

Art Littmann Jr., is the Director of Property Management for Americas Property Management Corporation. He has been with the company since 2005 and currently oversees the entire Miami portfolio.

Art has extensive experience with institutional reporting as well as the management of collections, problem resolution, tenant relations, vendor selection and supervision of property repairs, maintenance and bidding and completion of all necessary tenant improvements.

Additionally, Art holds the Certified Property Manager designation (CPM) from the National Board of Realtors’ Institute of Real Estate Management.

Antonio

With 15 years management experience, Antonio 'Tony' del Rosal's knowledge of all aspects of commercial property operations is displayed through his significant skills and professionalism.

His ability to motivate, problem solve and accomplish the company's goals are highly valued. Mr. del Rosal's former managerial positions with several medium and large firms provided the valued background required by Americas Property Management Corporation.

Kareen

Kareen Reid's association with Americas Property Management Corporation began in 2002.  Prior to joining the company, she obtained extensive experience in both the public and private sector.

Ms. Reid is currently pursuing the Certified Management Accountant designation.  Her professional affiliations include memberships to the Institute of Certified Management Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Alexandra

Alex was originally hired in January, 2005 for a Staff Accountant position at Americas Property Management Corporation and within a year was promoted to Accounting Supervisor. Her quick rise to this position reflects her multifaceted skills in accounting and her ability to manage a staff of talented professionals.

Ms. Toledo is responsible for all aspects of lease management as relates to accounting, including but not limited to billing, adjustments, and collections.

Patricia

Patricia Chinchilla is the Lease Administrator and Human Resources Supervisor at Americas Property Management Corporation. Ms. Chinchilla has been part of our organization since 2007 and has proven to be a highly dependable and dedicated professional able to skillfully handle multiple assignments and tight deadlines.

As the Lease Administrator, she is responsible for assuring and maintaining the accuracy of lease processing for optimal operational and financial recording. Ms. Chinchilla also holds a Human Resources Professional Certificate from Nova Southeastern University and is currently a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
