Al Heltman is CEO and co-owner of Americas Property Management Corporation and is responsible for sales, leasing and overall property management operations. He has over 20 years of commercial real estate and property management experience in office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects. His strong background, 'hands-on' approach to working with owners and tenants, and foresight has set a high standard for which he is known throughout Florida.
Mr. Heltman, the managing broker for the brokerage division of the company, is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches (RAMB).
He is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds its designation of Certified Property Management (C.P.M.). In addition, he is a member of the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida (CIASF) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Che Che Littmann is President and co-owner of Americas Property Management Corporation. Ms. Littmann is responsible for the finance and administration of the company along with her oversight of property management activities.
She is an innovative professional with an extensive background in property accounting and financial management. Prior to her association with Americas Property Management Corporation, Ms. Littmann held various senior financial positions with other property management firms in Florida.
Prior to relocating from New York, she served as an assistant treasurer with a subsidiary of the 3M Corporation. |

Art Littmann is a broker in our Fort Lauderdale office and has over 20 years experience in real estate transactions from both tenant and owner perspectives.
Mr. Littmann services clients in both Broward and Palm Beach Counties. His professional affiliations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAOIP), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Society of Commercial Realtors and he is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtors Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
Additionally Mr. Littmann is a member of Financial Executives International, an organization of CFO's worldwide, and currently serves on the membership committee for the South Florida Chapter. |

Art Littmann Jr. is a Senior Property Manager for Americas Property Management Corporation. He has been with the company for 5 years and currently manages 4,294,341 square feet including Palmetto Distribution Center. Art’s responsibilities also include the oversight of operations at the North Miami branch office and he is the Maintenance Manager for the APMC Construction Maintenance Division.
Art is a CPM Candidate for the Institute of Real Estate Management which will be completed by November 2010 and is also seeking his ARGUS Valuation – DCF Certification. |

Alex was originally hired in January, 2005 for a Staff Accountant position at Americas Property Management Corporation and within a year was promoted to Accounting Supervisor. Her quick rise to this position reflects her multifaceted skills in accounting and her ability to manage a staff of talented professionals.
Ms. Toledo is responsible for all aspects of lease management as relates to accounting, including but not limited to billing, adjustments, and collections.

She has been recognized for maintaining high occupancy rates in her current and prior positions and for her outstanding abilities in tenant policies and issues resolution. Ms. Correa has over ten years of experience with all aspects of managing commercial properties. She holds a Florida real estate license, is affiliated with the Northern Dade Association of Realtors, and is a candidate for the Florida Community Association Manager license.
